Amazing Scavenger Hunt Adventure-Big Bear Lake Mini Quest – Combine the excitement of the Amazing Race with a two-hour city tour. Guided from any smart phone, teams make their way among well-known and overlooked gems of the city, solving clues and completing challenges while learning local history. Start when you want and play at your pace. Also available Saturday 2/12 and Sunday 2/13.
Night Sessions at Snow Summit. Ride under the stars from 3pm-8:30pm. Night Sessions also available on Saturday 2/12.
Live Music @ Wyatt’s – Live Music and Country Dancing – Street Music Band 6 pm-10pm
Saturday February 12, 2022
Seed Collecting Volunteer Event in the High Desert near Big Bear 9am-12pm. Join the Big Bear Discovery Center’s Restoration Team for seed collecting. Pre-registration is required.
Nature Walks – Join a volunteer naturalist for a nature walk and learn about Big Bear’s flora and fauna and Big Bear history! Walk takes place at Discovery Trail and is appropriate for all ages. 1 pm – 1:45 pm OR 2 pm – 2:45 pm.
Nature Crafts – 10 am – 10:45 am – Meet at the Big Bear Discovery Center for this weekend’s free nature craft – Valentine Birdfeeders!
Bear Bowl VI at Bear Mountain – Compete and win Season Passes and more! Bear Bowl is a 3-part team competition measuring speed (relay race), agility (field goal kicking), and accuracy (tire toss contest). The team that scores the most overall points wins. Registration is free and open to the first 12, 4-person teams that sign up at Bear Mountain on Feb. 12, 2022. All Bear Bowl participants must have a valid 21/22 season pass or day-ticket to compete and riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete a liability waiver before competing.

Sunday February 13, 2022
Super Sunday Viewing Party at Bear Mountain, Method’s Sports Bar, located inside the main lodge. Watch the Big Game at the Bear Mountain viewing party! The viewing party is free and open to all ages, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30pm, so show up early and get ready for a super Sunday.
USASA SLOPESTYLE 1 & 2 – Snowboard and Freeski Competition Series at Bear Mountain. The USASA National Championship is the largest snowboard and freeskiing event in the world, and has been held consistently by the USASA for 29 years. The USASA is the first step in the Olympic pipeline for snowboarding and freeskiing.
Pinecone Bird Feeder Craft – Make your own pinecone birdfeeder at the Big Bear Discovery Center! 10 am – 1 pm. Free!
