Big Bear is under a Winter Storm Watch through Sunday March 6th. Visit SoCal Mountains and Ben’s Weather for travel and weather updates. Please use caution when travelling to the mountains; allow for extra travel time; take extra food, water, and warm clothing; and carry tire chains.

High Speed Snow Tubing @ Grizzly Ridge Tube Park – Located at Snow Summit and great for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. Skip the hike and take a magic carpet to the top of the tube park, then slide down 3 (three) 300-foot tubing lanes in a our high-speed tube. Open Daily.

IKON Pass First Tracks – Pass holders will have access starting at 8AM (general public opens at 8:30AM). This program is at Snow Summit (Chair 1).
Amazing Scavenger Hunt Adventure-Big Bear Lake Mini Quest – Combine the excitement of the Amazing Race with a two-hour city tour. Guided from any smart phone, teams make their way among well-known and overlooked gems of the city, solving clues and completing challenges while learning local history. Start when you want and play at your pace. Also available Sunday 3/6.
Story Time at the Big Bear Discovery Center – 11 am/12 pm Have some family fun as you hear nature stories. Free! This event is weather permitting, please call Big Bear Discovery Center to confirm.

18th Annual Bear Mountain Scout Day – Available for active Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, earn a Snow Sport Merit Badge at Bear Mountain’s annual Scout Day. Volunteer Snow Sport Merit Badge Counselors will be on hand to evaluate Scouts. This season, Merit Badge Counselors will be focusing on on-hill testing only. All scouts participating on Scout Day will receive a Bear Mountain Scout Day Patch 2022. Call Bear Mountain to check on registration availability.
